This was our first experience dealing with Duncan Jewelers, and I am impressed. Lacey helped us and was so personable and friendly. They even sized my rings the same day so I could take them home. An added bonus was the freshly baked cookies that were offered to us as soon as we walked in. We wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.
Duncan’s customer service is second to none. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and hospitable. They repaired my husband’s watch while we waited and the fabulous staff answered all our questions and showed us many selections, without any sales pressure. I have used Duncan’s Jewelry for many things, just bought my wife diamond earrings,have purchased unique bracelets, and watches. I love the fact that this business is family owned and provide exceptional service.Recently I changed bands on a watch and Duncan’s fabricated a better clasp which was better than the factory’s.It is rare to have Jewelry/timepieces repaired and they do it in house, something you won’t find in the big box store.Great selection, unique pieces, we are loyal customers.
