They came out on a holiday for us. Did a great job. Very nice and explained alot. I highly recommend them. Thank you for coming to our rescue.
I just needed a maintenance check of my septic tank. I wasn’t in a hurry for Danny to do anything but he still fit me in pretty quickly. Before he began digging in my yard, he checked property records to make sure he knew where my tanks were. As he worked on the tanks, he texted pictures to me to show his progress. He gave me recommendations for future pump-outs and his cost was very reasonable.
Danny was very polite, fast, and got the job done at a good price. what I liked most is that he followed up about us needing the job done, as he was out a truck at the time, instead of us having to reach back out. will use him in the future and recommend him to others

I called Duncan last week after we found out the previous owners didn’t not empty our tank like they were supposed to.... Duncan and Daughter explained everything to us on what we needed to do to make sure our tank needed to be emptied. They came to us a couple days later to empty and tell us what we needed to do to keep everything in working order!! We highly recommend them to anyone!!
