I had what we considered an emergency. Got up to a septic system backing up. The family was coming over for lunch. I called Duncan & Daughter and they were covered up. So he told me how to get started looking for the problem. We talked on the phone several times and he worked me through getting it working again!! Then he called back to see if I fixed it. Excellent service! Very prompt when we were in a pinch and definitely affordable!
He was wonderful! Came out and took a look the same day I called. He answered all of my questions and further educated me about what he was doing. He also gave us information on products to better care for our toilets and showers so that we don’t kill off all of the good bacteria in our septic system. Good bacteria are needed to care for your septic system and I was killing everything with bleach! Very kind, professional, and informative! Highly recommend!
Danny is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I called late on a Friday night and he was at our house Saturday. I will certainly recommend Duncan & Daughters to anyone needing septic services.
Danny was a huge help starting from my initial phone call to schedule. As in my usual stubbornness, I tried to get ahead to save time and dig down to the tank lid myself, but couldn’t find it. I finally found one of the pipes after I punched a hole in it, and Danny readily told me over the phone how to fix it. Danny showed up early and things went super-smooth.
