my first interaction at Duncan was with Monica at the front desk, and she is the best. I was so happy to see her again on my second visit because she is super nice! Dr. Michalak and his team understand 2 things very well: 1. Chiropractic care: I had been experiencing progressively worsening neck and back problems for years before coming to DCG. After a few weeks of treatment, things improved dramatically and I have continued to come a couple times a month since to maintain my alignment. 2. Running a business: The office is extremely professional and yet highly personable. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate the clear effort put forth to give people a great experience.
The entire staff are exceptional. The Drs are attentive, and are able to accommodate most any issue you may have, and the massage staff are fantastic. You can request them to be grouped based on your pressure preferences and we always leave feeling so much better than when we arrived. They have so many different types of therapy available I have overcome a few sports injuries, as well as a repetitive reaching issue in my back and shoulder related to my job. Top notch care.
