Awesome job getting all our carpets cleaned. Tech was fast and professional. Duncan Carpet Cleaning Company has great communication including text and email reminders of the appointment and when the tech is on the way. Great price for great work.
They just finished completing the requested service in my home and I was extremely impressed with the all around service. They communicated effectively regarding the appointment and arrival time - provided an excellent cleaning service - and gave great insight into some of the cleaning techniques to use on my floors to keep them looking great. Brett and his team come highly recommended!
George was hired by me to stretch my carpet. He responded immediately. My appointment came quickly to my location. He is extremely skilled in his field. He clarified the entire procedure and made me feel at ease about my decision. He does a great job. He gets high marks from me.
I called on short notice, and they fit me in the following day.... A three-person team came to my house and cleaned my couch, loveseat, and chair. They used all Covid measures and had drop sheets in place. I hadn't had this cleaned in years, and it looked brand new... I can't thank you enough for an outstanding job! I'd recommend it to anyone.
When Duncan Carpet Cleaning arrived, they were friendly and relaxed about me going over all the areas I wanted cleaned. Once they set to work, they were extremely efficient and finished ahead of the time they said they'd be even though, in places I hadn't picked things up, they did so for me!! I was very pleased with their work!!! What I like best about this company is the minimum intrusion as they bring hoses in from their van. I really like that!!
