Doesn't call people back, and repeatedly lying!!!! Claims homes are ready but are not !!! Also building closed due to covid but literally no business that is in business in topeka is closed for covid. Not even a mask mandate in the hospital so how are they still closed.
Dunc1 should be banned. I sold 8 rental properties to an investor and they manage the rentals. Deposits were transferred to the new owner, but now Dunc1 is demanding deposits from my former tenants claiming they have not paid deposits. In addition, Dunc1 is demanding one of my former tenants buy new appliances claiming I had said new appliances were in the house when the tenant moved in. The truth is the refrigerator was 10 years old and the tenant provided his own stove.
DUNC1 Was a decent place to rent from until about 6-8 months ago, now you can't get them on the phone mail box is always full and when you do get through noone returns a call. Been here 3 years always pay rent by phone as I'm disabled couldn't get anyone on phone no matter when I called and couldn't leave message mailbox full, son was out of state and I was in hospital so couldn't take in never late in 3 yrs.
