Fairgreen senior community is just one tad above slum lords. i have a friend who has lived here for 12 years. They willnot replace their carpets or paint. I have live in many different apartment complexes and the law is they must paint every 7 years if requested and replace carpets every 10 years if needed. The management is absolutely terrible. maintenance has had its hours cut and can not keep up with its job. Also they expect maintenance to do all the lawn work instead of hiring a company to so.
