Overnight the temperature of our hot water became scalding hot and I knew there must be a problem with our hot water heater. We looked up the potential issues and found that the hot water heater could burst, so this was an emergency. I called my home warranty company but couldn't get a representative to talk to. I am sad to report my disappointment in Dunbar Plumbing. I have used them before and always found them honest and performed good work. I had a slab leak and scheduled a leak detection company to come out, followed by Dunbar. I scheduled both of these services two weeks out since I was out of town. Two days before the appointment, Michelle from Dunbar texted me to cancel the appointment, stating that they were in the middle of a very large job and no longer available.
