I love the appointments they have in afternoon. And they actually have a bathroom you can use, not like the one I was going to. Very nice people. Was happy with my experience.
I had to take my dog in on a Saturday morning. I got there 20 minutes before they were to open and there was already 4 people on front of me. All in all between waiting, treatment, shots, and a nail trim we were there about an hour. Not bad if you ask me! They staff was very courteous and answered all of my questions. The bill wasn't bad either.
Was not impressed really. They saved my animal and for that I'm very grateful, but over 3 days I don't think I talked to the same person twice. They never called even one time to update or consult with me. Even on the day of discharge which was day before a holiday, the very least I would expect a call to tell us he was ready to be released. Basically they do a good enough job, but I thought it was extremely poor communication on the part of the office.
Dr banning is a good hearted person iv been vetting with him 40 yrs don't know what I would do with out him at one time I had 7 dogs I took my mom 3 when she died an if it wasn't for him lettn me charge I don't know what I would do thank u Dr banning Claudia tully
Brought miss Lilly in and she showed no compassion but litterally said she's gonna die. She was rude not not wanting to hear us out too.....gave is no hope!! But....miss Lilly is alive and well today. Back to herself after detoxing her from Nexguard(which litterally is poison). Now her brother is in the same shape but the other dogs around them are fine but the didn't take Nexguard. Research it yourself. A facebook page: does nexguard kill dogs.....you will find many true people telling of their nightmares!
