I used to use them many years ago and never had anything but admiration for Dr Banning. We moved from the area, so I had changed to a vet closer to home. We recently moved back, and I have been nothing but pleased with the drs and staff. My dog Rosie had to stay yesterday, the Dr. called this am to check on her. LOVE them all.
my cat went for a full tail amputee to prevent further injury but when I retrieved her they had only partially amputated it. when I asked why they said they took it upon themselves to only partially amputate it. that was not was agreed upon!!! they did apologize and agree to fully amputate it. so now my cat has to go through the trauma of another surgery. not happy.
The last time I took my cat in to get shots & be checked out the girl had the needle with orange looking stuff in it & acted like she gave it to her in the rear area yet I saw the needle still had the liquid orange stuff in it when she was finished. They normally give shots in the back of the neck area. I thought it extremely odd but unfortunately didn’t confront her. I will be finding another vet. I don’t trust them anymore:(
I have nothing but praise for the Doctors and staff here. I’ve had 3 dogs 🐕 and now a cat 🐈 there over the years . They even did a wonderful job when our elderly Dashaund had a stroke and had to be put to sleep a few years ago.This is a wonderful place.
My Italian greyhound was diagnosed with lymphoma at the age of 9 and Dr Banning was so compassionate and talked about our ootions. He was brutally honest about his survival but I wanted to try inhouse chemo , unfortunately my Sammy only had 3 treatments before his spleen ruptured on the weeked and they were already closed so I had to take him to emergency clinic which was Absolutely horrible how we were treated. Dr Banning is amazing!! I live in NC and the vets were I live diagnosed my Scout so wrong. But he nailed it!!!
