Initially they did a great job laying a protective coat on the floors in our brewery. Over time there have been some parts that have started to peel up from the floor due to chemical use. I have reached out on many occasions to have them return and fix the growing issues. Every time without fail I'm assured they'd be sending someone the following week, only for nobody to show up.
