We had Junli as our server and it was the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant. He had a really hard time understanding anything I said, yet keeps on eavesdropping on us after I asked to get help from a different server. How can you give your customers attitude when they simply wanted to be helped properly? We expected to come in and enjoy some good food, and he made it hard for us to do that.
Great new-ish dumpling placer in Everett. I would put it alongside Dough Zone, not quite as good as Din Tai Fung but still good food. Pretty good selection, have been couple times, staff is attentive and very good about getting takeout orders packaged. Prices are a tiny bit on the high side but far from unreasonable.
I always come here for the pan fried soup dumplings! They’re the best around. Everytime I come, Cara one of the servers is super nice and attentive which makes the experience even better. Another great option is the traditional soup dumplings. They have the most soup in the dumpling I’ve seen and I’ve been to a lot of soup dumpling places. Can’t wait to come back🥰
