Took 55 minutes for a pick up order. Was told 30 minute showed up on time and waited close to half an hour.
Alright, I am not a review person. Let me just start with some advice - as someone who works in the service industry - the #1 rule is to underpromise with a smile and over deliver. Setting realistic expectations helps you manage your own workload and it keeps the customer happy. LOVE the food here. The staff here is not rude, they do not seem like bad people and I do not wish to see any of them fired, but they clearly all have a LOT to learn about service jobs as none of them have a CLUE what theyre doing.
