Don't stay on the 7th floor and have a room facing the extremely loud and busy streets (31st and 7th avenue). 2 days here and nothing but Sirens and honking horns. Hardly any sleep.����

Just back from a great five days at the Manhatten. Rocky start on Saturday night when we arrived. I thought one bed appt would have 2 beds and couch. Ours had one bed and couch.My kids, 13 n 16 didn't want to share pull down. Male staff on reception were unhelpful, said no more rooms and if bigger became available next day it would cost more. Went to bed sad. Got up next day explained to lovely girl on desk who said no probs and got us moved to bigger one that day for no extra. Room was fab. 1104. Went to social sips one nig... read more
We were on a trip to New York to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we received a free room upgrade on our arrival. Nice big room with a separate living area ,coffee machine and fridge. The hotel staff were always so pleasant and helpful and couldn't seem to do enough for us. The location is also spot on everything you need is only a short walk with lots of places to eat and bars near by, would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be the one I use on any trips to New York in the future.
The rooms are tiny, no free wifi, and there's not an ice machine on my floor. Plus, there's always just one person at the front desk.
Had a beautiful one bedroom suite, had complimentary internet, great bed, pull out sofa, very large rooms/living room. Very child friendly. Very sweet staff and a daily credit for food. Will return, really enjoyed our time there.
