Amazing place and the staff are amazing. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed was comfy a hell.

Booked hotel and then read some of the comments on TripAdvisor. Slightly worried. Arrived to a clean suite on the 25th floor, very clean and all as it should, staff friendly and more than helpful. Is it noisy, well for us not really, hotel is on 7th Avenue, so on such a busy avenue it's fine. If someone wants silence then a trip to the outback is calling.
