The nurses changed my 3pm appointment to 4:40pm without any notice for URGENT CARE!!! I left after I waited 35 min past my scheduled time and asked how long will it be till I’ll be seen and was then told my appointment was rescheduled for and hour and 40 min later. I needed care at my scheduled time. I went to Lockport and was treated humanely and not disregarded when I was in pain. Thank you Lockport duly. Tinley park needs better communication and care. Never had an issue until today.
Excellent urgent/convenience care clinic. Staff at the front desk is outstanding. The nurse that worked on me is an exceptionally gifted health care professional with a great sense of humor. The doctor was efficient, thorough and kind.
Took care of my problems when prior medical professionals DID NOT I AM VERY SATISFIED
