Be careful. I called them to see if they accepted my insurance (BCBS Blue Choice PPO) and the operator immediately answered yes with the blank statement, “we accept all ppo”. I really wanted to go to this facility because it was close to home and the only immediate care that had a CT scan machine. Good thing I spent the extra ten minutes to call BCBS beforehand to double check. When I provided BCBS the name, address and phone number of this facility they said they were not in network! I visited the Convenient Care clinic with an appointment and still experienced a 40-minute wait before being seen. Girl at the front desk didnt even bother to look up to check me in, she was rude and dismissive. Zero customer service etiquette and not proffesional at all. While the doctor was outstanding—professional, attentive, and kind—the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the male nurse assistant.
