The people that answer the phones there are VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE!!!! I'm sorry that I've been calling all day to make my appointment for earlier in the day or to cancel my appointment if need be. By the time I was able to talk with someone it was 10 minutes past the cancellation time! Well if you would of answer the phones the first 5 times I called and left multiple messages and didn't receive a return call this is NOT the first time this had been MANY,MANY, MANY TIMES!!! It has been years since I've been there, but when I did go, theven psychologists and psychiatrists were all very helful, caring and understanding. During the years I was there, they helped more than I could have asked for and got me through everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them.
