The duly lab in Lombard is home to the most incredible team. Karen, Dominique, and Tammie truly run this place with a smile. They are efficient, kind, and always giving patients the kind of care we all need. Hands down my favorite folks for tests of any kind. Do yourself the favor.

My husband had meniscus repair surgery here. They have it down to a science! They took him in early, invited me in to hang with him in pre-op, until he was rolled off to the O.R. Staff was very pleasant, thoughtful, communicated well. I got a text when he went into surgery, got a text when he was in recovery. 1/2 hour!!! Amazing! Then called me back to hang with him in post-op. Talked with the surgeon about details of the surgery, and the anesthesiologist popped in to chat. My 10 yo, intellectually disabled, son had ent-related surgery here today. Our entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. He had an extremely aggressive reaction when waking up from the anesthesia and the Nurses and Doctors did a tremendous job helping him (and us) through that. Thank you Dr Hulett, Dr B and Nurses
Nurses and doctors are all great. Billing, not so much. Forced to prepay $1350 before surgery, final bill was $520. It’s been over a month now, with multiple emails and a call to someone named ‘Tanzania’ with no resolution. This seems like a third grade level math problem, but I guess no one in billing has ever graduated from third grade. Why is this so complicated? Maybe try the calculator app? ChatGPT? Not sure if they’re incompetent or sleazy; maybe they’re both. When will I get my refund? Anybody?
