Biopsy date was 3/16. There is not enough gratefulness I can express for the Nurse Deanna who saw me thru my liver biopsy; her outstanding dedication to her patients is so remarkable and so comforting that she put my mind at ease at a time that ease was not an easy thing to be had. The group of nurses and the ultasound specalist (sorry I don't remember their names) in the biopsy room again deserve as much appreciation, they held my hand, talked me thru everything and made the experience wonderful even through it was not ... read more

Briana Williams, Nurse Assistant with Dr. Jhudayi's office located Tinley Park, IL. She is extremely welcoming, always cheer on her face, willing to provide as much information and spend enough time with every patient. She is very perticular about calling Patients and addressing their needs and concerns which you would think no one would do. Briana Williams is truly an asset to Duly Medical group, Tinley Park location.

First thing first, there is one thing Duly absolutly needs to do immediately: When you call one of their dozens (if not hundreds) of phone numbers, the greeting *needs* to say what office you are calling. I've spent at least a half hour being passed around, told that I have the wrong office, getting the next "correct" number from the person I'm talking to, then reaching another incorrect number. I have been a patient of DuPage Medical/Duly Health and Care for almost 30 years. I WAS a happy client until DuPage Medical was bought by Duly Health. Two of my doctors have left their organization. It is now DIFFICULT to get a procedure scheduled. Their billing department appears to make many MISTAKES. I am beginning to transition to another provider.
