I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this Dulux paint shop. The staff were unhelpful and displayed a rude, dismissive attitude throughout my visit. I had expected knowledgeable advice and professional customer service from such a well-known brand, but instead I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued. I would strongly suggest Dulux reviews the customer service at this store, as it does not reflect the quality or reputation of the brand. 👎🏼
