My wife and I are very happy with our new outdoor sauna and I've been in it every night since it was installed. We both find it very relaxing. The whole purchase and build process was simple and Duluth Stove took care of everything, always informing us of what was going on. The phone app makes control of the sauna very convenient. Highly recommended.
They were very nice, but we have continuous problems with our fireplace ghosting (the flame comes on them goes out). They come to fix it, it works for a bit sometimes, but then it happens again. This is not happening with friends gas fireplaces so I know it is not normal. It has been more than a year. Also sometimes it will ghost at the start then, after a bit, a HUGE burst of flame, like a build up of gas with blow. Extremely happy with our indoor sauna from Duluth Stove & Fireplace! We had looked at various pre-built kit saunas in-store, but ultimately decided to go with a custom-cut sauna. We worked with Duluth Stove & Fireplace to install a custom Finnleo electric sauna in our basement. We are extremely pleased with the results. These guys did a wonderful job getting me everything that I needed to install my fireplace. They are knowledgeable and great at their trade. If any comments above or below say otherwise, they are just unhappy with their fireplace situation and are taking it out on the store.
