I'm not a runner, not even close. In fact I've joked that I only run when chased. But I did need a good shoe for indoor exercise. I also don't like shoes or socks. Oh and I really don't like shopping with shoe shopping being at the bottom of my "desired activity list." So walking into the running store was a little out of the ordinary for me.
