My mom and sister went to the Duluth Running Company today and had an unpleasant experience. My sister has been looking for running shoes and was excited to try out the process and find the perfect pair of shoes to fit her athletic activities. When they entered the establishment, they received a greeting and no assistance. They were the only two customers at the time. Alisha was such a huge help for me! I have never had so much expert help when buying running shoes in my life! She was able to help me pick a pair of road shoes, and a pair of trail shoes, while helping me fix my gait. My running has never felt better! Thank you!
Dayton greeted us immediately and was more helpful than I could have imagined, making sure my son had the right shoe and sock. I will not hesitate to go back!
Had bought two pair of running shoes and on my third pair switched brands. The shoe just didnt fit well. I stopped in and they immediately showed me several other pairs, put me on the treadmill and showed me my running form, where I was landing and striking. They then put me in a shoe to fit and took the pair that was causing me issues back, no questions asked. Go get your laces looped and your gait analysis checked! I'm a plus-sized gal and a lot of people are extremely rude to me due to the way I look, especially when I'm exercising or in a store for exercise gear. 🤪 People just can't seem to look away and have common decency. We were welcomed into THIS store like any other customer and treated with so much respect and professionalism. I really appreciate it and the comfort my new walking shoes will bring me, in all my adventures! Thanks guys! 💕
