Had to order funeral floral arrangements for a close family friend in Duluth, GA . I was searching for a shop online from Las Vegas and came across “Duluth Flower Shop”. I decided to call and request few things to be special made. Person named Cynthia answered the phone and she was VERY HELPFUL from the beginning until the end . A family member was in a minor car accident and sometimes pain medication can cause nausea. I was at getfastshirt a few doors down and took a chance on finding a peppermint plant for any nausea. The young lady went in her desk and took out her own bottle of peppermint essential oil and said, "You can have this. I only used a little of it." Such kindness i will never forget. Everyone go to the Duluth Flower Shop and buy a stuffed bear, a planter, or houseplant:>) Such an example of selflessness I will pass on.
I've been using Duluth Flower Shop for 25+ years, they've always done a great job delivering flowers on-time for my wife for our special occasions. On a recent order, however, I put in my order for birthday flowers a week ahead of time. About 10 min later I got a call from them saying the arrangement I selected is out of stock due to the vase. I picked up flowers there for my sister and mother for Mother’s Day. The bouquets were old. Within an hr I noticed the petals turning brown. Waste of money.
