Unfortunately our venue closed their doors aprox 65 days out from our wedding with COVID being around no local venues within our price range would book a wedding with the unknowns. I reached out 61 days and asked for a refund and received 35% back of our money paid. I understand non refundable but 65% of our amount is really not right. They didn't provide any service. I'm sure if the day would have worked out I would have had no complaints, but I just don't feel like they handled this properly.

Thank you for your review. As you noted, you did receive a very prompt refund. It would have been the same day you asked for it but your credit card used to pay our invoice had expired and we were unable to refund it back onto the card, so we mailed you a check. Here are the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you paid: “A deposit of $200 is required to secure your date on the calendar as a “confirmed” booking.
