I’m feeling rejuvenated again thanks to the professionalism by Dr. Chau, Dr. Josh, and their staff. Very honest work. They tell the truth which is very respectable for medical practices. This is a great location to maintain teeth cleaning a few times a year. Highly recommended.
This was an experience I would rather not describe in detail. However, I can confidently say that I would not recommend this dental office, and I will not be returning.
The dental assistant did not change her gloves and put dirty gloves in my mouth, which is unsanitary. Additionally, the doctor did not check to ensure my temporary crown was correctly placed by the dental assistant. They also charged my HSA card for a crown that I did not receive. I request an immediate refund for the work I did not receive. Due to these safety and sanitary concerns, I will not be returning.
