Great ! ! Service. JP went above and beyond to help myself and my wife. Helped us secure financing, even discounted the car we wanted by $900. . He was very honest and upfront with us. Even helped to get the extended warranty discounted. The best car buying experience ever. I’d recommend this dealership to any and everyone. Needless to say went home with the car we went there to see.
Absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service and professionalism were great. I love my car, and they made the purchase process painless. I would highly recommend them.
If I were able to give this dealer a negative rating, I would give a negative 5. As the car was used, I decided to pay a mechanic to do a pre- purchase inspection. Therefore I contacted the dealer and made all necessary arrangements with Jean Vinals. All seemed well as Jean seemed perfectly fine with me sending the mechanic over so I was very hopeful and really wanted this car to be mine. DO NOT ASK FOR OR WORK WITH WILLIAM. He is a very rude person with severe lack of interpersonal skills. I was willing to pull the plug on the purchase of a car today. He informed me that the vehicle is in the shop for a defective mechanism. I do not know anything about the deeper inner-workings of a car, so I asked a simple question, "Would you guys come down on the price because of that?" We called Duluth to talk about a potential buy. It should be noted early on that we did not purchase from Duluth. We live out of GA and had quite a few questions. Admittedly we were not as ready as they seemed to want. I felt rushed in my questions, and like they felt my questions were more of an annoyance than anything. I understand that they are a used car dealership, and sell as is, but still. Their mechanic works directly for them, and there was no report that I could have or look at before purchasing.
