The medical practice violated HIPAA rules. I made concerns about my son, who is a patient, to his therapist. The therapist made it clear to me in our initial meeting that anything I shared would not be shared with the boy's mother. The therapist set rules that anything I shared would be confidential between her and I and my son. Had an appt and never got a link to connect to the session. Phone number is never picked up. If you have actual mental health issues go elsewhere. This place does not care nor bothers to make sure you have e good service.

I'll give 5 stars because I'm just venting and taking it out here. But this is an issue im seeing across the entire industry, not just this location. Im in search of a therapist for the first time in my life and feel very vulnerable. I found your site and was optimistic seeing how many therapists you had available. Have to say I'm disappointed that all 20 therapists only offer virtual services.
