Black women DO NOT GO HERE Went in at the advice of my physician for psychological testing for ADHD. I already have a childhood ASD diagnosis for reference. Had my appointment and evaluation with Nashua who failed to go over the whole procedure in our intake meeting, just to get the results back with a million typos and her calling me a liar about my symptoms. We spoke to the receptionist/intake person about scheduling an appointment with a provider. Unfortunately, only one provider was able to do an in-person appointment, so I asked if we could have a 15 min consultation. I let her know that we had previously worked with a therapist and it didn't work out, so it was important for us to find someone we felt a connection with. Receptionist attempted to collect private information before doing standard enrollment forms including HIPPA. The medical practice violated HIPAA rules. I made concerns about my son, who is a patient, to his therapist. The therapist made it clear to me in our initial meeting that anything I shared would not be shared with the boy's mother. The therapist set rules that anything I shared would be confidential between her and I and my son.
