Glass Table Top We recently purchased a pub table and chair set and wanted to put a glass top over the table for protection. After searching the internet we came upon Dulles Glass & Mirror. We ordered a table top and was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of this product. The shipping was incredibly fast. I would highly recommend this company for they were a pleasure to do business with.

Dulles Glass & Mirror is great Checked on line for complaints prior to selecting Dulles Glass for our shower door. Could not be happier with the service and the price was fair. Will do business with them again.

Purchasing Manager Our company Tatari Construction has been working with Dulles Glass over three years now. Dulles Glass has fabricated and installed glass shower enclosures and mirrors over 140 bathroom projects that we have completed within those three years and we didn't have a single problem with any of them. Horrible Business I got a refund from dulles glass after filing a complaint with BBB and writing this review. This is a horrible place to do business with. They messed up orders and they are not replacing the correct piece eventhough it's their fault. The manager/store Owner, Mr. Emre, said "we are human and human made mistake." I would never do business with them and would not recommend anyone to trust their business. Mr. Emre needs to attend business school and customer service class.

Very poor company to do business with. We are a well respected contractor in the Washington DC area and do an enormous amount of high end work on Capital Hill and Georgetown. We have worked with many glass companies in the area and do not recommend Dulles Glass & Mirror. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Our very first order for two tempered glass shower doors resulted in one door spontaneously exploding prior to installation or handling. The glass chards indicated improper tempering. Mr. We chose Dulles Glass based on a recommendation, also backed up by our initial dealings, explanation of product/service and of course price. We initially contacted Dulles Glass in late December and measurements were taken promptly on December 30th with a promise of "within 10 business days" for installation (which I calculated as on/before January 14th) and I was charged for the deposit that December 30th - no problem so far. Amazing Customer Service I'm thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I received. I purchased two mirrors which were shipped by freight and I initially encountered a issue with one of them. The issue was promptly handled and I couldn't be more satisfied. It's truly refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product and cares about their customers. Quality product, quality company, and they know how to do business online.

Mrs. C. Jones I would highly recommend Dulles Glass & Mirror! The TOTAL experience was great. Everyone from the initial telephone call to estimator and the installers were very pleasant, friendly & professional. The work was performed very quickly and neat! The entire process from the initial telephone call to final installation was LESS than 2 weeks! I love my shower doors! The price was reasonable too.
