Great staff, very informative and friendly!
Dr. Kang is great, and listens and examines thoroughly, I would gladly go only for him. He is professional and kind. The staff is not too great, no one really greets you warmly at the front desk-and if you're working that kind of job, social skills are essential. They lacked basic customer service skills and etiquette. Some of the technicians in the back are loud and having conversations that do not pertain to work and blocking the hallways constantly. My appointment was on time. All staff were friendly and efficient. The technician explained what she was doing. The doctor explained in detail to me what he was going to do.
