They failed my inspection so I took it to a different, local, very reputable garage in our area, and it passed. Complete BS fail. It’s such a shame, this used to be a great local trusted garage. Terry was a great guy and now it’s no longer that, not even close. Beware.
Poorly managed and unprofessional. I went in for an oil change and state inspection. After waiting in line the first day, they told me they only had time for inspection since they were closing, no oil change. The next morning I waited in line again, only to be told oil changes aren’t even done from that line. Should have read these first. I had an inspection fail along with a feeling that it was a routine event which was followed by the estimates…
Oil change is over $100. It took over 2 hours. They don't have the oil filter in stock, and the female manager didn't tell me until I asked her after an hour. At first, she said it would take 30 min or so.
Need your help internet worriors! The service advisor lady at this Exxon Service station threatened to punch me in the mouth after I asked her to stop talking nonsense as she and the inspection tech failed me on state inspection due to factory equipped HID low beam headlight. They keep saying that I modified my headlights when it was all factory.
