Awful haircut - awful experience - Garbage service. Showed up early to get one of those proclaimed "VI" haircuts - except he allowed a friend/regular to cut in line, even after confirming there was no appointment. The guy "Lee" even admitted he was "cutting the line" and didn't care. So I got stuck with some hack-a-lot who didn't know what she was doing. Have been going here since I was in kindergarten. Now I’m graduating high school have always had good service.
How many ways can I say it; no complaints. Brian does a great job cutting my hair. Everyone is always very polite. I’ve never been cut or scraped or given razor rash; never had an issue. Vincent is also very welcoming to customers. They do a great job staffing and serving customers; especially on the weekends when it can get busy. I have been going here for awhile and always a pleasant experience. Very rarely I have asked them to make slight changes and it’s never been an issue; they happily oblige. Busy on the weekends, but they do a good job, so that’s expected.
