Awful haircut - awful experience - Garbage service. Showed up early to get one of those proclaimed "VI" haircuts - except he allowed a friend/regular to cut in line, even after confirming there was no appointment. The guy "Lee" even admitted he was "cutting the line" and didn't care. So I got stuck with some hack-a-lot who didn't know what she was doing.
