The good: Contacted Dulle Overhead Doors last night by Facebook message and someone named Terry Grefrath messaged me early this morning and then we were in contact. He sent someone over to get our garage door fixed this morning and they've already been there and gotten the problem fixed! I was very pleased with their customer service and Terry was very polite over the phone. I wasn't home when they came to work on the garage but my husband was and we are very happy.

Dulle Overhead Doors. The spring on our garage door broke Tuesday night. I had to pry my door open to get to where I needed to go. Called Dulle and they came out to the house and by 2:30 Wednesday afternoon the door was fixed. Very reasonably priced too! Kudos to DULLE!
Incredibly fast turnaround time. I called with my issue and they came out a few hours later. Technician was extremely helpful in describing the problem and various ways to resolve it. New looks and works perfectly!
As years pass, I have always called Dulle for any garage door needs. Their sales have always been fair and reasonable. Their service has been top notch and friendly.
