I called this store to see of they test gold. I needed to confirm the karat of gold for a small charm. They confirmed yes, they test and how much it would cost. I went to the store and the jeweler pulled out his testing equipment and confirmed the karat of gold and allowed me to take a picture of the reading. He was very polite and professional.
The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
