Recommended5 stars! My lashes look and feel fantastic after the lift treatment. When I put mascara on, it looks like I’m wearing fake lashes. I will for sure be coming back for another lash lift.
Meg did an AMAZING job on my extreme full volume lashes before my wedding! I got compliments from other lash artists out and about as well as the gals who did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was extremely sweet and very informative. I will definitely be going back.
LOVELY! Got my lashes permed and they look amazing!! DC is fantastic, takes the time to explain what she’s doing, check in with you, and overall make you comfortable and at ease. It’s down on the dock, so you’re right on the water too, which is beautiful. The studio itself is gorgeous and super clean. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic. D.C. (my stylist) is an expert, who provided recommendations regarding curl and length based on my previous experience which were spot on. She worked with such precision and skill that I was totally relaxed and comfortable while she worked and really happy with the lashes she gave me afterward! Great price for the product. Lastly, the salon itself is lovely with a beautiful waterfront view and makes for an enjoyable overall experience.

I've been to every lash lounge in Bellevue & wasn't ever satisfied until I found Dulce. My lashes always look beautiful & they take the extra time to make them look full and perfect every time I have a fill.
