I loved my experience with Ashleigh! She was very attentive, informative, and so sweet to talk to. I got my brows tinted and waxed, legs waxed, my lash lift done. I loved that I can just do it all in one. I also noticed they have started doing nails!
I came in for my first lash lift and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, I am an 18 year old girl and they made me feel like I was 10 years old laughing at my questions and disregarding me. I felt like I was in the presence of mean girls. I tried to ask clarifying questions and the lash girl ignored my questions. My lash lift btw absolutely wrecked my lashes, I had long abundant lashes I have been working on with various serums for years and the lift broke them right away. Don’t go here!!!
I had an appointment with Jasmyn at noon today. Received this message at noon! I was already there. Definitely not what I expected! Do not recommend this place.
