Ordered a cake here for my son's first birthday and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Very happy with it!

Bad customer service. The baker is EXTREMELY Irresponsible. I purchased a cake and let them know a WEEK in advance that I'd pick up at 1:30pm. Today, I waited 40 mins for the cake to be given to me, got out of their WNY location at 2:10pm. I was very upset and the blond lady who works in the kitchen told me "relax, is not like it's been an hour" - who speaks to customers like that? Whatever you do, don't rely on this place if you need your cake on time. FREAKING HORRIBLE.
