Very disappointing customer service. We waited about 20 minutes for 2 ice creams and politely asked how much longer it would take. Instead of giving me a reasonable response, the gentleman making the ice cream told me that “it’s not me it’s the machine” and I said I never blamed him (for something I was wondering). Our late-night dessert craving led us straight to Dulce Cabana, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made. From the moment we walked in, the aroma of freshly prepared desserts immediately set the tone. I always come here for their amazing crepes and shakes, they’re absolutely worth the price, and there are so many great options to choose from. I accidentally made a mistake with my order while ordering through the Uber Eats app, and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding when I asked to fix it. I just wanted to say thank you to the night crew for making the experience so easy. Friendly customer service always makes a place even better and I truly appreciate it. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
First time here but took an hour or more to get our orders done on a Saturday night because only one person preparing everything
I went to this place for a treat. I ordered a Dubai waffle and one it wasn’t that good and other it had a hair of the employee. It was very expensive and when I went to the employee to ask for a refound she gave me the biggest attitude and said she could only give me a spoon of ice cream. We were not able to get our refound. Horrible experience DO NOT GO THERE
