My experience is that he was very knowledgeable in his field explain to me about my cataracts, the second year he performed surgery on my right eye and did an excellent job. I would recommend him.

RecommendedIn February 1995 I had a scratched cornea on my left eye. I was referred to Dr. Dion Dulay he not only numbed the pain but put the right medicine in my eye & parched it up. To this day I’m so greatful I have no words. I got High respect for this wonderful man. I highly recommend him. Dr. Dion Dulay. Excellent Choice. God Bless You Dr. Dion Dulay.
he tells.the truth and doesn't sugar coat the answers
Been going to them for around 15 years. He performed my cornea transplant. I go to them every year for my annual exam. He never misses a beat, still remembers performing my surgery. He thoroughly examines my transplant each time, and takes pride in making sure that I still don't have any issues with it. Would highly recommend Dr. Dulay.
Can’t believe he is still practicing. We had 2 dissatisfactory experiences with this doctor. Went there on referral and he could not even complete the test my mom was scheduled for. He said she had “wiggly” eyes and he could not get test done. Would not allow me in room with them even though office staff took me to room. Very arrogant. Told me no other dr in the area could do what he does. This was 10 years ago but can’t imagine these things have improved. I reported incident to referring dr.
After seeing a nurse practitioner, my PC, and a ER Dr,... all three misdiagnosed my eye issue. Dr Dulay had it nailed in about 20 minutes with a confirming lab test and had me fixed up within days, after suffering for over two weeks. I sincerely and highly recommend his expertise. He also talks and explains everything he is doing very thoroughly. Thank you Sir. I have since moved out of state and miss his caliber of service.
Dr Dulay is amazing. He is very kind and he explains everything that he is doing during the exam. He also explains in laymens terms, as to not confuse you with medical jargon, what each part of the eye does and how it should function. He definitely knows his stuff. The office staff is also amazing. Always very professional and friendly. It's easy to get an appointment and Dr Dulay is very good about time m gmt. There is hardly a wait time ever.
