I've received excellent care from Dr. Dulan and staff. He is thorough and engaged during exam. My previous PCP was not interested in diagnosing, he wanted to chat about current events. I have convinced family members to switch and they're extremely happy as well.
I don't appreciate the fact that they forgot to give me my prescription slip. They called me 30 min after appointment to tell me to come pick it up, I live in Fairfield I wasn't going to drive all the way back to Lebanon. Instead of sending it to my pharmacy properly they faxed it to them, which delayed my refill till 3 days after my appointment. I called my pharmacy and due to the fax (which I learned after the fact wasn't legal with schedule 2 substance to send a fax for refill). My pharmacy got them to fix it, I feel they... read more
