Southdale Dental Associates has a warm and professional atmosphere. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. I was immediately put at ease having not been in for an appointment in several years after my long time dentist retired. They were understanding when I realized I did not have my insurance card with me and when I called back with the information, the insurance personnel had already taken care of it.
