Everyone is very professional. Dental work is excellent. Dental assistants are the very best. Always on time. Thankful for this dental office.
In 36 years, I've never been treated so well at the dentist or learned so much. From the woman who checked me in to the hygenist to the dentist (Dr. Mehta), everyone welcomed me and spent time making me feel like I was the only person they were seeing that day. I learned what areas of my teeth/gums I needed to pay better attention to when flossing/brushing because of a jagged filling, old filling, and worn enamel. No one has ever pointed those out to me.
As I paid the bill I asked a few questions about the standard charge for a routine cleaning of my teeth. I was told I was paying more because I am in a special category. I want more information about that.
In for my 6 month cleaning. Excellent service, which is the standard. Prompt, efficient and a pleasent atmosphere. Thanks!

I have been looking for a dentist who is personable, knowledgeable, and someone who seems to care about more than just your visit. From the time I walk through the door until the time I sit in the chair it has been the best experience I have had at a dental office. Dr. James Healy is the man!! I would refer anyone I know to him and to Southdale Dental Associates.
AFTER 20 PLUS YEARS WITH SOUTHDALE DENTAL I AM USED TO THE STAFF WHO PROVIDE DENTAL SERVICES FOR ME AND MY WIFE. WE FEEL COMFORTABLE AND RELY ON THE INTEREST AND PERSONAL SERVICE APPROACH BY THE STAFF. WE FEEL THAT WE ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY THE GREAT STAFF AND DOCTORS. THANKS FOR THIS.
this has happened to me before and i always plan on making the first appt of the day to avoid this happening again, but somehow i thought it wouldn't happen and made an 11AM appt. I hurried and left a meeting i was in and got to the office at 10:55 so i would be on time. I was taken back for my cleaning at 11:20. My hygenist did a great job and I really enjoy her and also the dentist who checked my teeth, but next time i WILL make an 8AM appt.
