Fabulous care & information. I travel from out of town to have this office take care of my dental needs. I have been a patient for 35 years.
I had been advised of an optional procedure by my Dentist at my last visit. I was unsure if I wanted to move forward but without me asking the office contacted my insurance company to see what could/could not be covered. Surprisingly most of the procedure was covered so I was able to make an apointment and move forward. Without the initiative taken from their team I most likely would have put it off, therefore risking my dental health. I appreciate their pro-active measures and continued kindness!
Got in next day for chipped tooth. Results were very good. Dr explained reason for chip and that it was common, due to age and type of tooth.
I love my dentist! His assistant is also wonderful. While I am not excited about coming to the dentist it is always a good experience. Everyone on staff tries so hard to make everything work. The front desk and appointment staff are top notch. This is the best dental office in town.
As usual, I had a great experience at Southdale Dental Associates. Everyone from reception to the DDS is courteous and professional and respectful of the patient's needs. Thank you!
Have gone here for regular cleanings and teeth checks. Very professional and courteous staff. Hygienist Jessica was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Telander was very friendly too. Great dental office!
