The best appointment experience ever! Ushered off to my favorite Hygenist, Ann, on-time. Thorough exam by dentist topped off with thorough teeth cleaning. Highly recommend this office for dental experience, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Ann as your Hygenist!
Dr. Healy is the best
I had great explanations for the type of work that needs to be done and the plans that would work the best for me.
I've been a patient of Southdale Dental for probably 35 to 40 years, maybe longer. As I've experienced on every visit the service was quite satisfying. Each of the doctors and all of the assistants have been quite professional and friendly.
Received care for crown prepping including removal of partially decayed tooth and creating and installing the temporary crown. Care and comfort as always were outstanding

My dental hygienist was running late and so I was left waiting for 20 minutes or so in the lobby. I wasn't really phased as this had never happened to me before at Southdale Dental Associates and it appeared to be a busy day for them. However, the receptionist came over, personally apologized for my wait, and gave me a gift card for caribou coffee telling me that my time was important to them. Very impressive. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I got a clear explanation from Dr. Sundet on the next steps to get my teeth healthier. Looking forward to the next visit Note - the clinic set up and environment are excellent.
