Duke Kahanamoku was (and still is) a Hawaiian icon and statesman. He ruled the waves as a surfer and subsequently introduced the sport to the rest of the world. Fabulous place! Food / drinks and staff. A must visit
We had a great lunch with wonderful friends. The food was excellent as was the service. Celebrated one of our friend’s birthday. They brought a huge piece of hula pie for the four of us to share for dessert.
One of my favorite things about living in Southern California is driving down to Huntington Beach and paying a visit to Dukes. I enjoy sitting at the bar and visiting with Amanda, Georgia and the rest of the bar staff. Doesn’t matter if I’m having fish tacos, coconut shrimp or a cheeseburger, it’s all good. The beer is cold, and there’s a good selection. A drive to Dukes is always worth the time.
Great vibe! Great service! And a delicious lunch! We enjoyed the bar area and the music! Our drinks were delicious too!
