Duke Kahanamoku was (and still is) a Hawaiian icon and statesman. He ruled the waves as a surfer and subsequently introduced the sport to the rest of the world. After a day at the beach we stopped by for an early dinner. The 7 of us got seated right away! Our server Mike was excellent!! He offered suggestions for food, drinks, & dessert - signs of a good server. It was a beautiful sunny day & just what we needed - this capped off an awesome day! We had a great view of the beach & pier. We started off with calamari & sticky ribs. For entrees our table ordered fish tacos & burgers, all of which were excellent! The Hula Pie RULES!! This place is iconic & always reliably great!

Maryann was a wonderful server, and she made my moms birthday memorable!
Food was good, drink ok, the view was great, but the waiter, Sean/Shaun was the absolute best. When things pick up with catering I would definitely hire him. He is the consummate waiter/server that anyone in the hospitality industry would put on their payroll. We shall return!!! Thank you Sean/Shaun for your incredible personality, service and smile!!!
