Duke Kahanamoku was (and still is) a Hawaiian icon and statesman. He ruled the waves as a surfer and subsequently introduced the sport to the rest of the world. I absolutely loved our food! The steak was amazing. The cake that we had was to die for. However the only Reason I didn’t give five stars is because the service. Mainly the hostess at the front. They were a little rude and we went on a busy night and couldn’t get a water refill without hunting down our waiter. I would like to visit again maybe on a slow night to have a better experience. But the food was absolutely amazing! Compliments to the chef’s!

Went here for lunch on our way to Hollywood yesterday, picked it at random. Valet parking was nice because of how busy it was. We ordered the fish and chips and had great service from Jamie. Beautiful view except the Surf competition was being set up so couldn’t see the ocean much, but still enjoyed the atmosphere and even went down and got a beach towel from Vans for the competition! For as large of a place, there were only 3 stalls in bathroom with a line to use. The meal was tasty and exactly what we were looking for.
Cajun fish tacos were pretty good. Coconut mojito was very refreshing. Very cool location right on the beach.
