RecommendedThe owner and his driver went to great lengths to recover our Yukon XL. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage with EXTREMELY low headroom. Nobody else in the metro would touch it. These guys thought outside the box, developed a plan, and executed it perfectly. They were fast, friendly, and got our vehicle to the dealer in a timely manner.

Wouldn’t refund me for messing up my breaks even though another shop said he put them on wrong
He won’t give you your money back if one of his mechanic’s mess up your car
Got breaks and rotors done there was the worst auto experience of my life the breaks where put on wrong so I had to pay another shop $800 to repair not only my breaks but my rotors and calipers as well because the shop didn’t put the clips back on the breaks which made the the rotors chip I didn’t have my Receipt but he said he remember putting them on and didn’t refund me a dime even though the lady upfront said she remember him doing the breaks.
Duke came and jumped my dead battery and helped shovel me out of my parking spot after Minneapolis got a foot of snow. He was such a gentleman , let me sit in his warm truck and kept me entertained with his positive, energetic personality & conversation. I highly recommend Dukes!!!!
As a doctor, I have patients waiting. No way to cancel my schedule. My battery went dead In the mall On Wed. After the 3rd company dispatched by my insurance, Dukes came to the rescue after 9pm. They did what the other two wouldn’t. Got my car to Blaine and made sure my car was ready to go for work in the morning. Between my husband and the guy helping, I awoke and made it to work to help my patients. You not only served me but about 50 others in pain that day. Praise God for good people who do there job well! Thank you!! �
