This all-suites hotel was established in the 1980s. The rooms are spacious and apartment-like, each comfortably furnished area is separated from the other. Just steps away are the Performing Arts Center, Egan Convention Center, Alaska Experience Theater, and the Museum of History and Art. The Fifth Avenue Mall and the martini bar, Bernies, are also just around the corner.

This business no longer exists. We had a reservation (and paid for it), only to show up to the doors marked for DEMO and the place being gutted. We never received notification of this and were unable to contact the business owner.
Hotel has been closed and has since undergone remodeling. We booked through their website and received no notification that the hotel was closed until we physically showed up at the door.
Demolition Notice on the Front Door that is lock and no answer to door knocks. Phones disconnected. They took my $1,065.65 deposit and refused to return it during this period...Called it Cancellation Fee. George is a fraud... All attempts to contacts have failed so far. They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau... STAY AWAY...
Stay away from this place regardless of the previous reviews. This place is a dated dump, with no views, and more serious, a General Manager named George who acts like a psychopath with people. I would not let my worst enemy stay there. Much better places to stay around downtown Anchorage or other locations in the Anchorage, Area. Don't waste your money here.
